Shipping Policy

① Orders within the United States: For orders within the United States, free shipping will be provided when the total amount reaches $99.

② Due to legal restrictions, we do not ship to Hawaii, Utah or South Dakota.

Delivery time: All orders will be shipped from the warehouse in Pennsylvania within 24 to 48 hours after being placed (excluding public holidays), and the normal delivery time is expected to be 2 to 10 working days.

Sales tax for orders within the United States: We are required to collect and remit sales tax in the following states. For orders shipped to destinations outside these states, it is the purchaser's responsibility to remit any taxes: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Colorado, the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

International Order

Order - supported Regions and Amount Requirements


Currently, orders from Hong Kong (China), Taiwan (China), Canada, and Japan are supported. There is no free shipping service for international orders.


Delivery Time


After the order is picked and packed (within 3 - 5 working days, which may be extended to 10 days during major holidays), it will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. It is expected to reach the city of the destination country in 10 - 20 days (excluding customs clearance and local delivery time).


International Order Return Policy


Once an international order is signed for by the customer, it is regarded as a final sale. Considering the long - term return shipping and numerous uncertainties during transit, which can easily damage the cigars, international orders are not accepted for return under any circumstances.

All goods will be declared truthfully. Customers are responsible for paying attention to the import restrictions and relevant laws and regulations of their respective countries or regions. NiceCigar has no obligation to be well - versed in the tobacco regulations of different countries. By placing an order, customers indicate their agreement to assume the relevant risks arising therefrom.

If the package is detained by customs, NiceCigar will not bear any liability. If the package is returned due to the customer's refusal to pay the taxes of the destination country, in addition to deducting the original shipping cost, an additional 10% restocking fee will be deducted. We will arrange the refund only after the package is successfully returned to our warehouse.

Cancel The Order

If you want to cancel an order that has already been placed, please contact us via help@nicecigar.com as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped yet, we will cancel the order for you free of charge.

For orders within the United States: If the order has been shipped, after the package is returned and in our possession, we will deduct $15 for the shipping fee from the order and refund the remaining amount.

For international orders: If the order has been shipped and is still within the territory of the United States, we will intercept the order in a timely manner. After the package is returned and in our possession, we will deduct $15 for the shipping fee from the order and refund the remaining amount. However, if the package has left the territory of the United States, we will not be able to intercept and cancel the order for you.

Return Policy

We make every effort to provide you with the highest-quality cigars, pipes and accessories in perfect condition as quickly as possible. Each batch of goods undergoes quality inspections, and our shipping staff will conduct a series of random checks to ensure accuracy and quality.

However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods within 15 days after receiving the order. Just contact us via help@nicecigar.com, and our team of customer service representatives will guide you through the simple return process.

Please note that it will take 3 to 10 working days from the receipt of the returned goods to the processing of the return. Precautions: In order to be eligible for a return, your items must be brand new and unopened to receive a full refund. Cigars must have the complete original cellophane packaging, and cigars that have been cut or smoked will not be accepted as returned products. All opened pipe tobaccos are not eligible for return. All free items must be returned together with the original order.
